Please be aware that UniWash is currently in a testing phase. The service is provided "as-is" without any warranties. Functionality may change, and data (including machine status and timers) may be inaccurate or subject to resets. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Welcome to UniWash! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our web application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

UniWash provides real-time status information for laundry machines at select locations. The service allows users to view machine availability, set timers for personal use, and receive notifications. All features are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to the conditions of the beta testing phase mentioned above.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the service responsibly. This includes:

  • Collecting your laundry promptly after a cycle finishes.
  • Not attempting to maliciously alter machine statuses or interfere with the service's operation.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

UniWash is an informational tool. We are not responsible for:

  • Any damage to your laundry or personal items.
  • Lost or stolen items left in the laundry room.
  • Inaccuracies in machine timers or status updates. The data is provided for convenience and may not always be perfectly synchronised with the physical machine.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify users of any significant changes. By continuing to use the service after changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Zealand for the resolution of any disputes.
